Not Your Average Art is a multi-use and spacious open-concept venue that can provide a unique and enjoyable setting for your next gathering. The gallery is ideal for a variety of special events such as exhibitions, receptions, parties, showers, workshops, classes, and other family, social and corporate events.
We offer competitive rental rates for artists, collectives, local community members and businesses, as well as charitable groups and not-for-profit organizations.

Host an indoor event or gathering in our studio with up to 20 guests

Minimum 3 hour rental @ $50

Additional time @ $20 per hour

Add our outdoor space to your rental and accommodate up to 30 additional guests (contact us for pricing)
Please note that your event will need to be self-catered and if you desire alcohol, you will need to secure your own liquor license. Our COVID-19 precautions are in place, including social distancing unless family/friends bubble, limited seating and enhanced cleaning.
